Goal-Setting Consultation - This is our first conference(s) together where we clarify dreams and goals and identify our progress steps toward success. It takes around 90 minutes. We work to get to the root of the goal and make steps measurable and attainable. Sometimes this can take more than one time together if you are not quite sure where to begin with your life changes.

For Non-ODDS Clients:

Goal Review and Renew Session - This 50-minute session lets us review our goals and compare them honestly with our deadlines to see if we are pacing ourselves correctly, if we have provided enough supports, and if we are making progress. This helps us to know how to set our next goals and how to determine when we have achieved our final goals.

For Non-ODDS Clients:

Walk-N-Talk Goal Review -N- Renew Session - Is improved fitness and health part of your goal? Let’s walk and talk about your progress during our 50-minute session. I can meet you at a park for our session and follow up with an emailed account of our goal notes.
